I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Guilin that exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic - it was centrally located, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the city and its main tourist sites. I loved being able to take leisurely walks along the night scenic river walks and being so close to the bustling pedestrian street filled with restaurants and shops. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with attention to detail in the layout and decor. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guilin.

All in all, I had a very good stay and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

We stayed here for Christmas and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We especially enjoyed being close to the night scenic river walks and seeing the beautiful pagodas illuminated at night. Another great feature was the option to arrange pickup from the airport, which made our arrival stress-free.

Despite providing all the necessary details and requesting accommodations for a family member with mobility issues, we were disappointed to find that the cruise we were booked on did not meet our expectations and had blocked views. When we tried to address our concerns with the hotel, we were met with a defensive response and no resolution.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated near the main street and it was very easy to find food and tourist attractions. Additionally, the staff were accommodating and provided useful information about the city. Lastly, the hotel was clean and well-maintained during my stay.

The cost of some of the additional services was exorbitant, leaving me feeling as though I had been tricked. Moreover, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms are clean and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, nothing to complain about.
